The Flip Side Of Building & Growing A Downline...

You may be aware that there is an alarming downline attrition rate in the MLM or Network Marketing industry. It means that over 90% of people who join a business opportunity end up leaving it within the first 3 months of joining.

This is the second major hurdle business owners face before they can any see long-term wealth. And there is a bulletproof strategy to overcome this. You can do it by branding yourself.

When you use this approach, your home business opportunity becomes just a piece of your business model, and it should be advertised on the back end.

When you do that, it won’t really matter what company you are with. You ultimately brand yourself. Your greatest asset becomes your knowledge, skill, experience, and above all, the relationship you have with people.

It also means having a list of people you communicate with and give value to regularly, so they come to trust and respect you as a leader in the industry. These are the people looking for your knowledge, and will ultimately join you!

So even if you’re company tanks one day and decides to close it’s doors, your true equity will always be there, which is yourself and the relationship you’ve built with your list.

Help the people in your list achieve their goals, and you will have their loyalty forever. They’ll eventually follow you to any business you join. Once you start helping people by giving them valuable information on how to be successful, they’ll become attracted to you and whatever you have to offer, including your business opportunity.

A highly effective tool to use is a bio page, or a “Who is” page. This is simply a website with your name on it and talks about your background. It establishes a connection with your visitors.

You can basically share your story with people, with some helpful guidance to show them what you can do for their success in business. You can also place links to your other websites that present your business opportunity.

It’s a great way to build trust and rapport with your prospects. Make sure you have a photo and other pictures on it to show them that you are a REAL person! You can take a look at my “Who is” page as an example: www.ShirazKhan.net

Now you’ll notice that I’m not using it to promote any business opp at the moment (I even say it on that page), but you can create one just like it to build trust with your prospects, just like I use it to build trust with my prospective clients!
