| I learned one major principle that catapulted me to
success in Network Marketing and MLM forever. It
conquered one of the biggest challenges in network
marketing, which is overcoming people’s skepticism and
earning their trust. It’s a big piece of the puzzle that
will allow you retire rich very quickly:
If you want to sponsor 5 times more people into your
downline right away, then STOP promoting your home
business opportunity. That’s right. Your business opp
should be the last thing you advertise if you truly want
to see your business skyrocket.
Now you’re probably shaking your head in confusion,
but let me explain…
97% of the people in this industry fail. And they
fail because they don’t give any real reason for others
to join their business over the next guy (or gal).
They advertise their opportunity FIRST. They begin
and end all of their marketing with information about
their company, the compensation plan, product, its
history, who endorses it, etc. And frankly, they don’t
really say anything that most people they pitch to
haven’t heard a million times.
“The product is incredible! You’ll make so much money
quickly just by doing a few things and talking to a few
people! It’s passive income, and you’ll be sipping
cocktails on the beach somewhere driving an expensive
car!”
But here’s the kicker...
People don’t care about your company, its
compensation plan, or its magical product. So you can
stop already. They don't want to hear about your
business because they get bombarded with that same stuff
100 times a day, no matter how unique or awesome your
opportunity is.
So then how do you overcome this hurdle and sponsor
people, you ask?
Simple… by positioning yourself as a leader who can
show them HOW to build a business from home, which is
what they really want to know.
Show them a solution to creating wealth and
independence. Market "how-to" information on building a
business. Market a system. Market knowledge and skill.
Sell your business later as a tool that will get them
to their ultimate goal (wealth, freedom, independence,
etc.)
People will only want to join your downline because
they view you as an expert on building a home business,
and because you share knowledge selflessly.
Think of it this way. You’re going to sponsor
hundreds of people only when you become the hunted,
instead of the hunter. People will pursue you because
they’ll see YOU as someone that can get them to the land
of financial freedom.
That is the essence of “attraction marketing”.
And it will be your way to overcome the first hurdle,
which is to get people to listen and read what you have
to say by NOT pitching them a business, but by solving
their problems with useful info. |
